HTS Assist
HTS Assist is a unified voice and chat agent that replaces legacy self-service portals and contact centers with a single conversational interface for travel. HTS powers travel solutions at major airlines and banks — including Virgin Australia, Uber, Commbank, SMBC in Japan, Lloyds Bank, and more.
Leading design end-to-end: every interaction, every user flow, and a full Storybook of UI components covering the chat widget, voice mode, and generative UI surfaces. We also built functional chat and voice prototypes used to sell and onboard partners.
A support layer travelers actually want to use, at $0.70 per interaction instead of $14, at ~80% AI containment on deployments.

HTS Assist
A single workspace to monitor agent performance, dig into individual conversations, and prove ROI to the business. The dashboard surfaces containment, transfer, sentiment, CSAT, response time, and tool success across modalities and languages, with topic clustering that reflects each partner's specific service mix.
Conversation drill-downs expose full transcripts, audio playback, AI summaries, and tool calls — readable for ops leads, deep enough for engineers tuning the agent in production.

Moonfare
Moonfare set out to do something nobody else had done in Europe: build a secondary market for private equity, opening up an asset class that had always been locked behind decade-long hold periods. The feature had to sit cleanly inside an existing platform investors already trusted with significant capital.
The work spanned the full design cycle — problem framing, internal and customer investigation, hypothesis testing, low-fidelity exploration, positioning the feature inside Moonfare's existing product architecture, and shipping the product alongside the engineering team.
The release drove the largest weekly AUM increase in Moonfare's history and marked the first PE secondary market for retail investors in Europe.
Terranum
Terranum is building the renewable energy backbone for AI — gigawatt-scale data center infrastructure for hyperscalers across EMEA and LATAM. The brand needed to match the seriousness of that ambition.
We led brand, logo, and marketing site end-to-end. The identity pairs a grounded, infrastructure-first visual language with copy that positions Terranum as a credible counterpart to the hyperscalers it serves — confident, technical, future-facing.

Flooz needed more than a link-in-bio — a creator OS for paid events, ticketing, and digital products, with the polish to match what creators were actually selling.
We led product, brand, and marketing end-to-end. The app handles the full monetization workflow; the brand carries a confident "Passion Economy" identity from product to out-of-home.
